By purchasing our listing’s you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including our shipping and returns policies.

Payment is to be made within 7 days of purchasing, unless arranged otherwise.

DELIVERY INFORMATION


​Goods will be posted within 24-48 hours of payment being received.

We post 5 days a week.

Items brought Friday afternoon will be posted on Monday Morning.

We ship via Australia Post if you require a tracking number & signature on receipt of your parcel you can purchase through the check out for an extra $4

Please allow approximately 2 to 10 working days for delivery (especially for regional WA & NT)

STORE PICKUP

To save postage orders may be collected direct from our store located at

Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm, Saturday – 9am to 12pm, Closed Sunday’s & Public Holidays

Over Winter Season we are Closed Saturday & Sunday

RETURNS

Genuinely Faulty items will be replaced or money refunded which will include postage

 

CHANGE YOUR MIND OR WRONG SIZE

 

Postage costs are not refundable and it is the buyer’s responsibility to send the item back to us with 7 days of receiving.

 Items that are being returned for an exchange or refund must be in the original condition with all packaging.


PAYMENT
We accept PayPal, Direct Deposit or credit card over the Phone.  All our bank details will be available to you at the checkout.  Please include your Name when paying via bank deposit and please send us a message to say that you have made payment via bank deposit.  Please note that some banks take up to four working days to clear funds and this may delay delivery of your good.
